Attach external documents to a Client Form

This feature lets you attach important documents to a client record from the Client Form. You can attach documents such as the client contract or NDA (non-disclosure agreement). So you’ll have easy access to important client documents from one place.

The procedure is the same as any other External Document attachment in Chase. Click the “Attach document” button on the floating toolbar in the Client Form. Then attach the document as usual at the prompt.
